Got birds?

Jam, showing her intense point during a training session last week.
Jam will be making her debut run in Senior Hunter next weekend and we hope to come home with a few orange ribbons! To qualify for a Senior Hunter leg, dogs are judged in six areas, hunting, bird finding, pointing, train-ability, retrieving and honoring. They are scored on a scale of 0-10, must get a minimum score of 5 in a single area and the average of all the scores must be 7 or higher.

Jam is looking stylish and intense, we wish we could be there to cheer you both on for your first Senior Hunter legs! Senior can be the most difficult of the three titles and I know Jam is ready to show off her abilities and the training you have done - may the hunting gods be with you!
