2014 Blue Ribbon Issue: The Grayhart Ads

The most awaited issue of the year, the June Blue Ribbon Issue of The Weimaraner Magazine, (the official publication of the WCA) has arrived. The Blue Ribbon is the biggest advertising issue for breeders and fanciers and this issue is sent to all AKC Weimaraner judges. It is the place to showcase your dogs and the issue is kept as a reference book for years to come.

We are very excited to share the Grayhart ads from the 2014 Blue Ribbon which were designed by my extremely talented friend, Sara Renee Beaver. Sara even took some of the photos including my most favorite, the gorgeous head shot of Jam.
We had a total of five pages in the Breeder's Showcase section. This included the pages for Jam, her daughters, Siri and Presley, Savi and her daughters, CeCe and Reagan and littermates, Bliss and Bravo.
Littermates Bliss and Bravo, stunning show dogs, strutted their stuff into the Top 20 in consecutive years, 2012 and 2013.  An impressive feat!

Collage of the 2012 Grayhart Blue Ribbon Ads

A collage of all the Grayhart ads that appeared in the 2012 Blue Ribbon edition of The Weimaraner Magazine.  Thanks to the extremely creative and talented Sara Renee for designing these gorgeous ads and photographing some of our dogs. Additionally, I want to send special thanks to our friend, KellyAnn, who also took some of the beautiful pictures of our dogs and traveled with me to many shows offering support and a helping hand.  I also couldn't thank the owners of the dogs enough for providing them with great homes and letting them shine, whether in the show ring, performance venues or just snuggling on the couch.

The ads represent a few of the Grayhart dogs and showcase their accomplishments. All of their individual ads have been posted in previous blog posts.

We look forward to another exciting year and cannot wait to get started on the next Blue Ribbon issue!

2011 Blue Ribbon Issue: Our Grayhart Ads

The most awaited issue of the year, the June Blue Ribbon Issue of The Weimaraner Magazine, (the official publication of the WCA) has arrived.  The Blue Ribbon is the biggest advertising issue for breeders and fanciers and this issue is sent to all AKC Weimaraner judges.  It is the place to showcase your dogs and the issue is kept as a reference book for years to come.  We are very excited to share the Grayhart ads from the 2011 Blue Ribbon which were designed by my extremely talented friend, Sara Beaver of Vbird Photos.  Sara even took all of the photos (except the stack shot) in Jam's ad.  The ad deadline was the end of April and since then, Jam has earned three new titles: CD, OA and VX.
We had a total of four pages in the Breeder's Showcase section.  This included the pages for Jam, Bliss, Mia and Bravo.  Mia has earned her 2nd major and now only needs 2 single points to finish her championship.
It is always so much fun to plan, create and design the ads and of course, to see the finished product.
Bravo's owner also had two pages in the New Champion section to celebrate Bravo's finishing.  His photos and ad were done by The Winning Image. Bravo also has new title, Grand Champion or GCH, which was completed after the ad deadline.
